Strengthening Negotiating Capacities of Trade Union Representatives

A training session on building the capacity for collective bargaining was held in Sokobanja as part of the ILO Project on strengthening social dialogue.
Representatives of branch and regional trade unions, as well as the CATUS legal department, gained concrete knowledge, acquired experience and insight into the tools for more effective participation in the collective bargaining processes, not only at the company level but also branch, territorial and national level.
The goal of the training was to empower trade union representatives in their negotiating and communication capacities with the focus on the development of practical skills and negotiating techniques, as well as realistic negotiating situations.
