The Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Serbia publishes the trade union *Realistic Consumer Basket*, which reflects the real needs of citizens in terms of content, structure, and quantities. It serves as a realistic reference point for social partners when determining the minimum cost of labour.
This consumer basket refers to the third quarter of the current year and covers the period from July to September 2025.
The trade union basket includes the contents of the average consumer basket published by the Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade. In addition, it takes into account price increases for items not included in the official basket, as well as items that are, in our assessment, underestimated or insufficiently represented.
